Question by Me: hemorrhoids?
I have bleeding hemorrhoids. How do I protect my underwear ? I’m going to the doctor for laser treatment but it will take a month for them to stop bleeding.

try sanatairy pads it sounds silly but it will work
The only thing I can think of is Sanitary towels/Panty liners. I feel for you, as I have just discovered the same thing, although at the moment, mine aren’t bleeding, ao I’m hoping it will go away.
aside from using a sanitary pad or a mini pad you could try using a tucks- im not sure if they would be thick enough to contain the bleeding-but perhaps you could use more than one together to make it thicker =and since they are soothing to hemmroids they may feel better then a pad
